They had unclear roles and responsibilities, lacked defined end-to-end processes, and operated with a fragmented stakeholder community — resulting in slow, unpredictable delivery and misalignment between business needs and IT priorities.

iwow led the design and rollout of a new operating model built on agile and lean principles, covering both business and IT stakeholders across the Data & Analytics and Enterprise AI area.
