The client needed a solution capable of updating all interconnected systems while ensuring every historical change remained fully traceable and instantly accessible. The challenge involved consolidating large amounts of data from multiple systems and presenting it through a clear, visual, and dynamic interface that supported rapid, confident decision-making.

iwow was tasked with leading an in-depth Discovery Phase to identify how the client's requirements could be met in a scalable and future-proof way. A key part of the technical evaluation involved exploring an event-sourced architecture — an approach where every change is stored as an immutable event in a chronological log, enabling full traceability and real-time propagation across systems.
