Construction Data Company — Mendix Platform Delivery
Key Outcomes
Legacy System Integrations Delivered

Integrations built for core company data, users, contacts, tasks, construction projects, and SSO — connecting the new Mendix platform to existing enterprise systems.

Scalable Global Architecture

Platform architecture designed to support global expansion from day one, maintaining existing workflows while enabling future market rollouts.

Iterative Delivery with Stakeholders

Regular sprint cadence with mini-demos ensured continuous stakeholder alignment and fast validation of features throughout the build.

Challenge

iwow was tasked with developing a scalable Mendix application for a construction data company. The core challenge was to create a global-ready platform starting with the Nordics, while integrating with legacy systems for company data, contacts, tasks, users, and SSO login.

The application also needed to support complex workflows and large data structures — including a detailed project form — while maintaining performance and usability. Initial requirements were high-level, requiring ongoing collaboration with UX/UI designers and subject matter experts to clarify expected system behaviour.
