Consilium Safety Group sought to explore the potential value that Process Mining could deliver to their business. They needed an approach that would surface insights across a complex Order-to-Delivery workflow without disrupting operations, and that could demonstrate tangible value quickly enough to justify broader investment.
Leveraging iwow's LEAP (Learn, Explore, Apply, Perfect) methodology and QPR's Process Mining technology, the project team worked closely with Consilium Safety stakeholders to analyse approximately 190,000 order cases across the Order-to-Delivery process.
